After starting the blog, hubby’s sick.

So it’s soup and toast, basically another baby around the house..

Just checking, how many of you have husbands who, wait for it… when they have the flu behave like they are going to die in the next few days…and lay on the guilt really thick?

there goes that damn bell again! back to making more soup…

As to how I qualify…

I have the most important job in my family. I am responsible for the wellbeing of my two children. The monetary returns of this full time job is… yup you guessed it …nil.. nada..nothing!!! and there’s still tax. It’s taxing my sanity.

SO it fits the definition, hard work low pay, and I can’t even claim mental stress and get a couple of days off. IN addition to that, I’ve now got to justify what I do and my contribution, just to keep my job..eh!

Ok..Ok, before all you men out there get offended, my husband works two jobs and he isn’t the evil one. The BANKS however!!!! are a different kettle of fish, they smell too.

In short I’ve had to come up with ideas, to cut cost around the house! YES can you imagine that!!!! My hair and nails are shocking… This got me thinking, there’s a lot of us Aussie battlers out there and we need to put up a unified front. So in this blog I will be posting my cost saving ideas and decisions we made as a family to SPIT in the banks faces…

Oh and yes we still have out Home..
